It’s always disappointing when your progress isn’t saved. Let’s go through the possible reasons and how to fix it.
Reason #1: Workout wasn’t completed
If you started a workout, didn’t complete it through to the end, and stopped it manually—unfortunately, the workout won’t be logged as completed. The same logic applies to workouts from the Challenges tab.
Reason #2: Challenge progress reset to Day 1
Occasionally, your challenge progress might reset to Day 1. This usually happens when you decide to change the type of challenge you’re doing—in this case, all previously saved progress is deleted, and the new challenge starts from Day 1. Even if you restart the same challenge again, the previous progress cannot be restored.
How to track your progress
You can always double-check if your workouts were completed in one of two ways:
- Look for a checkmark on the current day (Be sure to scroll down).
- Go to Profile → Your activity section (Be sure to scroll down).
If you’re not seeing your progress tracked in any of the above ways, confirm the following:
- Check that your internet connection is stable and not preventing the app from saving data.
- Try clearing the app’s cache by following these steps:
Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Muscle Booster → Offload App.
